About This Role

We are looking for a motivated BIM Intern to support our team in implementing digital workflows and BIM processes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a cutting-edge environment, working on real-world projects that leverage AI and parametric design to drive industry change.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and managing BIM models using platforms like Revit, Navisworks, or Tekla.
• Support the integration of BIM with parametric design tools (e.g., Dynamo, Grasshopper) for optimized workflows.
• Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, and AI specialists to ensure model accuracy and coordination.
• Participate in clash detection, model validation, and data extraction processes.
• Contribute to the development of standardized BIM protocols and digital templates.
• Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and AI applications in construction.
• Provide support for project documentation and visualization tasks.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or ArchiCAD) is required; experience with parametric tools is a plus.
• Strong interest in digital construction, AI, and sustainable design.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling or CAD software is an advantage.
