About Us
We are pioneers in revolutionizing the construction industry through innovative, sustainable, and digital solutions. By leveraging artificial intelligence, parametric design, and Building Information Modeling (BIM), we optimize resources and redefine what's possible. Our mission is to create a smarter, more efficient, and future-proof construction industry.
About This Role
We are seeking a skilled AI Machine Learning Engineer to develop and deploy AI-driven solutions that revolutionize structural engineering, BIM workflows, and construction processes. You will play a pivotal role in creating intelligent systems that enhance design optimization, resource efficiency, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to optimize structural design, material usage, and construction workflows.
- Integrate AI algorithms with BIM platforms and parametric design tools to automate and enhance digital processes.
- Collaborate with structural engineers and BIM specialists to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
- Build and maintain data pipelines to support AI model training, leveraging construction-related datasets (e.g., design parameters, material properties).
- Conduct research to explore advanced AI techniques, such as generative design, reinforcement learning, or computer vision, for construction applications.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI systems in production environments.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and contribute to thought leadership in AI for construction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, preferably in engineering or construction contexts.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with BIM, CAD, or parametric design tools (e.g., Revit, Grasshopper) is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for applying AI to real-world challenges.
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines in a dynamic, innovative environment.
